About Me
I am a South African, born and raised in Johannesburg, now working as an international Mathematics educator. My journey began in the classrooms of my home country, where I developed a passion not only for numbers, but for nurturing critical thinking and resilience in young minds.
Guided by the mantra, “We live and we learn,” I believe that education is a reciprocal journey — one where both students and teachers grow together. As we evolve through life, our values and principles shift, and I embrace this dynamism as part of my personal and professional ethos. My goal is to foster a learning environment that is adaptive, inclusive, and grounded in curiosity.
Area of Special Interest
Beyond the classroom, I’m an avid sports enthusiast with a love for football, athletics, and general fitness. Yoga is one of the ways I stay grounded and maintain physical wellness. I also care deeply about environmental sustainability, and actively practice recycling and upcycling as my personal contribution toward a healthier planet.
In quieter moments, I enjoy the mental challenge of crossword puzzles, always seeking new ways to sharpen the mind and engage with language.
