Stuart Ashford
Year 12 Homeroom Teacher/ Head of Secondary Email:stuart.ashford@misy.edu.mmAbout Me
I am a British trained educator with 25 years of experience in teaching and leading with British, IB and International curricular schools across the Middle East and Asia.
I believe an engaging curriculum along with a high-quality delivery of teaching and learning will achieve high academic results. My background in PE has given me a wealth of experience to base my practice on.
I have led Secondary Schools, whole School Sports Departments and Sixth Forms at British and International Secondary Schools. This has provided me with greater understanding of the wider issues within education in particular in developing a wider curriculum.
I hold a strong belief that all children can succeed in their learning; that they are all entitled to high academic excellence, learning within a culture that recognizes each individual’s health, abilities and which enables all to achieve to their full potential and have a sense of worth.

My passion is sports and an outdoor life.
