About Me

Hi everyone! This is Phu Myint Myat Thiha. If my name is a bit longer for you to call, you can easily call me Emma. I was born and raised in this beautiful city "Mandalay".

I studied at Yadanabon University, majoring in Mathematics after high school. I served as a junior teacher at Phaung Daw Oo Monastic Education High School as I wanted to give thanks to the school where I was raised for all of my school life. In the four years of teaching at Phaung Daw Oo Monastic school, I attended lots of short courses, mostly specialising in English, personal development and leadership skills.

Before I got my bachelor's degree, I proudly received two diplomas, which specialised in English at Mandalay University of Foreign Languages and specialising in social science at PDO Pre-College Program. After I completed four years of teaching experience at Phaung Daw Oo school, I knew I was ready to work in an international school. I have been thinking about my career being more challenging as the very first step in my professional life. Now I have been at MISY for over two years and still counting.
