Year 1 Homeroom Teacher Email:andrei.ponomarev@misy.edu.mmAbout Me
I was born and grew up in Russia. While I was at university, I realised that teaching is my passion. For me, seeing how students improve is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. As a result, I obtained various degrees in teaching and am currently completing my research in master’s degree.
This has allowed me to work in different contexts and join the international teaching world while I was in Moscow. I worked at different international schools there and that was a great opportunity for me to build the confidence and knowledge in the classroom. After working with students from different cultures and backgrounds, I decided to explore the world myself, that is how I made my decision to come here to Myanmar.
